A few days ago I was contacted by Mr William from Hanwagroup on LinkedIn and our conversation went ahead on review of products and services and he shared links about his products which are related to personal heat combustible products which are commonly known as Vaping products or E-cigarettes.

The hanwagroup.com and tdarlings.com sell heating devices and heat not burn herbal sticks.

He had informed me that he would be sending me some samples.

So I received a box from China and here is the video and as you can see in the video, I had no clue what is coming inside the box.

The sample product contained 5 different flavours – Regular, Mint, Icy Brown, Icy Blue and Forest flavours.

After received the product, I thought of get some clarity on the products and so here are the Q&A with William.

As these are Non-tobacco herbal sticks but has 2mg nicotine, what are the contents of the stick and how does it have nicotine.

The sticks are made of tea powder, herbal extracts, PG, VG and nicotine. The nicotine is added to the mixture in a way similar to Vaping products. The delivery of nicotine from the stick to the user is similar to herbal sticks that the nicotine is delivered gradually by the heat transferred from the device into the sticks.

Does these heat sticks work with all the heat stick heating device brands?

The sticks work with Heat Not Burn devices and all other devices that are made for the same dimensions of sticks.

How much should be your minimum order for shipping to UAE?

For resellers, our MoQ would be 1000 cartons (1 carton = 20 packs)

What is kind of additional cost to be considered along with the cost of the price mentioned on the website for shipping?
